[meta-intel] [PATCH 0/2] meta-crystalforest (master): Update to Linux kernel version 3.8.13 and removal of xorg.conf from recipes-graphic

This patchset is intended to upgrade meta-crystalforest to support
Linux kernel v3.8.13. It also contains patch to remove xorg.conf
from recipes-graphics which is not needed as the BSPs for both
crystal forest gladden & server platforms can rely on X to auto-
configure itself.

Shortly after this, the BSP will be upgraded to kernel 3.10.

Please pull this patchset into meta-intel/master branch.
