[meta-intel] [PATCH 00/16] update srcrevs of the v3.10 kernel recipes

These commits do the following:

1. Enable linux-yocto v3.10 kernel for emenlow, crownbay, fri2 
   & sys940x BSPs.
2. Update linux-yocto v3.10 kernel srcrevs for rest of the BSPs.

All these changes are build tested, and if I get a chance tomorrow,
I can run test them too.
