[meta-intel] [PATCH 0/5][danny] emgd: Update recipes and BSPs to use EMGD 1.16

Replace the 1.14 recipe with 1.16. Drop the RDEPENDS on the xorg-abi-video-8
which only applies to master as I understand it.

Update the FRI2, SYS940X, and CROWNBAY machines to prefer the 1.16 version.
Update their linux-yocto_3.4 bbappends to use the emgd KERNEL_FEATURE and bump
their machine, meta, and emgd SRCREV's accordingly. This has the effect of
moving them from the 3.4.11 kernel to the 3.4.28 kernel currently in the
linux-yocto-3.4 repository.

Sato was built for all three platforms. Boot and X tested for FRI2.
