[meta-intel] [PATCH 0/2] Fix kernel AMT feature specification in the recipe

AMT kernel feature specified in the kernel recipe was getting silently 
ignored because of a bug in the kernel tools. These commits fixes the
AMT kernel feature specification so that it will be considered in the
kernel build.

Meanwhile Bruce has sent a fix for the kernel tools bug.
