[meta-intel] [PATCH 0/9] update EMGD driver to v1.18 and update relevant BSPs

This update EMGD drivers from v1.16 to v1.18.

All the EMGD related changes for the v3.8 linux-yocto kernel repository are
already upstream.

These changes build fine for all the affected BSPs.

Also the runtime validation on emenlow & crownbay hardware is successful.

I have images ready for fri2 & sys940x BSPs for Darren to verify. I will send
him a private email with more details.
