[meta-intel] [PATCH 0/1] remove kernel AUTOREVs

This removes the kernel AUTOREVs and replaces them with static
versions and matching LINUX_VERSION strings.

Turns out the AUTOREV scheme was causing problems in various ways, so
this essentially reverts the move to kernel AUTOREVs.

The following changes since commit 706a62e662dde79bc4e7ec0f81b76890e49f4beb:

  fri2: use EMGD version 1.16 instead of 1.14 (2013-02-01 09:52:33 -0600)
