[meta-intel] [PATCH 0/3] Update kernel SRCREVS and fix sugarbay

This patchset is essentially the same as the one for dora, which
brings all the meta-intel kernel SRCREVs up-to-date from the
beginning of November, but applies to master.

I've boot-tested the following into sato and tested mp4 video
acceleration, glxgears and lttng:

 crownbay
 emenlow
 sugarbay
 nuc
 chiefriver (video not tested because no audio support)

I build- and boot-tested into graphics the following, but
didn't do further testing:

 crownbay-noemgd
 fri2

And I only build-tested the following because I don't have the
hardware:

  sys940x
  romley
  crystalforest-server
  crystalforest-gladden
  haswell-wc

The following changes since commit a665015a6a95be732eeee8f7a915fcf0e030c112:

  grub-efi: Rename and update grub-efi for recent oe-core changes (2013-12-16 10:55:54 -0800)
