 Yes, it is possible to generate the Linux xorg config while running on windows. I think
the tool is called as CED on windows. Check the support link below for further information.

The YP BSPs being embedded are targeted to very specific hardware. So they have
a fixed/static hardware configuration. Also one can always generate the EMGD graphics
config anytime with the CED tool on the external host. So we do not have any plans
to support CED in YP.
