[meta-intel] emgd-gui for Yocto

Hi Dylan,
  The emgd-gui is one time use tool to create a graphics config for a BSP. We are not supporting it as a tool for target. The EMGD website provides more information on it. You can run it even on Windows to generate the right config for the target.
