Build-tested core-image-sato and core-image-sato-sdk using rpm and ipk
in both cases, boot-tested both rpm-and-ipk-generated core-image-sato
and tested glxgears and video h.264 video acceleration in both cases,
all looked fine here.

Pulled into meta-intel/master and meta-intel/dylan.
