The autobuilder showed some failures as of a couple days ago
in the BSPs using emgd, which seems to expose a race in do_rootfs
due to a missing cairo dependency.

This adds a cairo dependency, but since we can't reproduce it
locally, can't say whether this is the fix for the problem.

The following changes since commit 94c0feea5ec4f2bc47b05f3265d5e969654b499e:

  sys940x: specify a working libva version (2013-04-13 11:33:20 -0500)
