Ross,
  The above error is not for EMGD based BSP. It is for the sugarbay (Intel graphics) BSP. And it is showing that wayland is breaking with the updated libva.
Also the EMGD/libva combination issue I have handled by keeping libva pinned to lower version for the EMGD based BSPs. Now this is pure libva update issue with wayland and nothing to do with EMGD.
