I've pulled these into master, but only because they're fine by
inspection (actually I did successfully test-build romley).

But I can't get crystalforest-server to build no matter what I do,
building on two different systems, Fedora and Ubuntu, always getting the
same qat-mem errors described in Bug 4126.

So, though I've pulled them in since they don't make anything worse,
I've reopened https://bugzilla.yoctoproject.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4126.
