[meta-intel] [PATCH 0/1] Fix for concurrent VC1 and H264 playback

This is a patch to fix an SNB video playback hang - the patch will be in
the next upstream version of libva-intel-driver, according to the
submitter.

I tested this with the Sugar Bay BSP to make sure it didn't cause a
regresssion on our existing tests, but didn't test the concurrent
playback myself.

The following changes since commit 4122c514a22442a58b2f99e4ba9617ff219b3089:

  meta-nuc: include wifi chip microcode package in nuc.conf (2012-12-14 11:07:28 -0600)
