Intel is used throughout this document, both before and after this
instance. Why the "®" character here?

Also, I'm made some updates to the FRI2 README which somehow didn't make
it in a long time back. I've applied your patch, removing the ®. We can
discuss what the right way to incorporate that will be if necessary.

So - this patch is now applied.
