[meta-intel] [PATCH 0/3] Update READMEs with web links to supported platforms and misc changes

These commitis do following:
 * add links to supported platforms in README files for meta-cedartrail,
   meta-crystalforest and meta-romley.
 * Add Processor and Chipset codenames to READMEs of meta-crystalforest and meta-romley
