[meta-freescale] [PATCH 16/32] dtc: Add recipe for version 1.4.5

Hi All,

Dumb question, can't we just add dtc_1.4.5.bb and set
PREFERRED_VERSION(sp?). That's what I did before this dtc145_git recipe got
added
