[meta-freescale] QtCreator 4.5 + CMake + Yocto

I think you need a cmake toolchain file. When Yocto builds a cmake project,
it generates a cmake toolchain and runs cmake with the
"-DCMAKE_TOOLCHAIN_FILE=path/to/toolchain.cmake" option. Maybe you can find
that in your Yocto build tree and use it for your manual builds.
