[meta-freescale] Support for Chromium browser

Hi there,

I'm using Chromium on i.MX6Q board with Yocto Freescale Krogoth image. I have two issues when using the chromium browser.

1.       When browsing youtube, upon complete loading of the homepage, the chromium application is crashing.
I'm overcoming this by navigating to a video in the list ,before the page loads completely and the app is not crashing.

2.       After loading the video page, the frame rate is very less.
When launching the app with -enable-gpu-rasterization command line argument, I'm able to see only 5-6fps of frame rate. On the other hand, I'm able to play videos from other websites with ~15fps.
I need an enhanced frame rate. Please help me with this.
