[meta-freescale] Stale .bbappend?

I got this error with today's build:

ERROR: No recipes available for:
   /local/poky-cutting-edge/meta-freescale/recipes-graphics/xserver-common/xserver-common_%.bbappend

Using
   Poky/Yocto      62d7d4130202d8ede16abf9e7d779361ca70847e
   meta-freescale  67b09d4b6bec8efae566d04b24f67af439349452

It appears that this recipe is only in meta-oe.  Does this mean
that building using meta-freescale now requires meta-oe?
