[meta-freescale] [PATCH] gstreamer1.0-plugins-imx: Update to version 0.13.0

In the meanwhile you can create a gstreamer1.0-plugins-imx_%.bbappend with

EXTRA_OECONF_append = " --libdir=${libdir}"

it should work until waf is fixed.
