[meta-freescale] [3rdparty][PATCH] machine/various: update wic dependency notation

Hi Eric!

We don't need to set do_image_wic[depends] anymore, currently master branch
has a WKS_FILE_DEPENDS variable to set wic dependencies. Check these links:
