[meta-freescale] [meta-fsl-arm PATCH v2 14/16] gstreamer1.0-plugins-imx: Refactor code to use the new overrides

The recipe has been reworked to use the 'imxpxp', 'imxipu', 'imxvpu'
and 'imxgpu2d' feature overrides.
