[meta-freescale] [distro][PATCH] README: Update to use new repository names

May I ask what has motivated the change of repository name?
I am not questioning the validity of this patch. I am trying to find out the bit of history that I must be missing which explains why these changes are happening:
meta-fsl-arm renamed to meta-freescale
meta-fsl-demos renamed to meta-freescale-distro
meta-fsl-arm-extra renamed to meta-freescale-3rdparty
Are there any other repositories changing names soon?
