I'm getting build errors with this patch (when targeting a i.MX 6
DualLite based machine)

compilation terminated.

It looks like the header missing used to be part imx-gst1.0-plugin but
are on the move to gst-plugins-bad. Compare with this patch series:
https://lists.yoctoproject.org/pipermail/meta-freescale/2016-October/019323.html
However those did not make it into meta-freescale (yet).

Reverting '66ded86 imx-gst1.0-plugin: Upgrade to 4.1.4 version' (i.e.
going back to 4.0.9) fixed the build for me.
