[meta-freescale] [PATCH 0/7] Upgrade to 4.1.15-2.0.0 release

Note that 4.1.15-2.0.0 BSP patch updates have been sent to Otavio 
and are already included in master-next on meta-freescale.

i.MX 4.1.15-2.0.0 release supports new i.MX 6ULL EVK included in this
patch set.

Patches in master-next include the following changes in master-next

- Kernel upgrade to 4.1.15-2.0.0 and repo rename to linux-imx
- U-Boot upgrade to 2016.03
- Grphaics update to 5.0.11.p8.6
- imx-test Upgrade to 5.7
- imx-vpu- Upgrade to 5.4.35
- imx-codec, imx-parser, imx-gst1.0-plugin upgrade to 4.1.4
- imx-vpuwrap - Updated to 1.0.68
- New Device trees for imx6ulevk imx6qpsabresd
- formfactor - Add machconfig

- pulseaudio - conf changes
- Update SCR and license 

Changes to support i.MX 6ULL 9x9 and 14x14
- eudev patches to support 6ULL epdc firmware loading
