    UG: Update version to 2.2 (Morty)

    - Update FSL layers names
      - Add DISTRO and MACHINE to run setup-environment
      - Update devtasks, nsteps and metadata to use Morty branch and distro
        fslc-framebuffer
      - Remove qt-in-use-image and qte-in-use-image from image list
      - Add FSLC distros description
      - Use DISTRO fslc-wayland in weston example
