[meta-freescale] [meta-fsl-ppc] When fsl-ppc layer will be updated with linux kernel 4.1

Linux 4.1 is supported by QorIQ SDK 2.0 which will be released on 27/May, the recipes will be upstreamed to meta-fsl-ppc in June.
