[meta-freescale] [meta-fsl-arm][PATCH 2/9] gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad: Fix for gl plugin not built in wayland backend

This is missing an explanation in the commit message for why you do 
this. I guess this is done because the Vivante EGL implementation has 
these version numbers, right?
