[meta-freescale] Prevent building the kernel/U-Boot

Hi,

​In our workflow, the kernel and U-Boot is built separately from Yocto. We
only use the rootfs image that is built by Yocto.

Using "core-image-minimal" recipe, U-Boot and kernel gets build by default.
This is occasionally undesired and imposes a high load on the build process
(e.g. in a fresh build directory)

Is there a simple way of removing U-Boot and kernel from the build process
inside local.conf?
