[meta-freescale] [meta-fsl-arm-extra][master, jethro][PATCH] colibri-vf.conf: set mqxboot version with wildcard

Fix build failure because mqxboot_2.x is built instead of the
required mqxboot_1.x.

The mqxboot version changed from 1.0 to 1.0.1. 
Choosing the preferred version with a wildcard prevents using
the not compatible 2.x version.

    NOTE: preferred version 1.0 of mqxboot not available (for item mqxboot)
    NOTE: versions of mqxboot available: 1.0.1 2.0.1
