[meta-freescale] build issues, mostly with fsl-community-bsp-platform

Not sure at this point, I usually build master for (local) testing but
this time there were Qt4 problems (not all commits were in for the
changes I guess) and got some branches mixed in the manifest (so the
errors on fsl-arm are probably spurious).  Sorry about that...

After switching all the branches to jethro I had to work through some
issues in a couple other layers but now I have working images for
imx28evk and olinuxino-mini.  I set a few image/image_install options
and the kernel to linux-fslc, and console-image seems good.

I'll build a few "bigger" imx2 images, and probably checkout master
again in a week or two.
