[meta-freescale] [PATCH v2 1/2] gstreamer1.0-plugins-base: Add version number into the name of bbappend file

Hi!

This commit breaks master branch, OE-Core updated gstreamer1.0 plugins to
version 1.10.1 and bitbake can't parse.
