[meta-freescale] [meta-fsl-arm] kobs-ng tool?

imx-kobs is kobs-ng from 3.0.35.  You need to use our latest version 5.4 in master or 5.3 in Jethro.  i.MX6ul is only supported on the latest Jethro (and more support on master).
