- Upgrade components to i.MX 6QuadPlus and 6UltraLite GA releases
- Update components for graphics and bsp.

- Add in i.MX 6Ultralite since not in the mx6 SoC family.
- Not including multimedia packages since they are were submitted separately

- Update kernel to support GA branches and patches for gcc 5.2 build breaks
