[meta-freescale] Use of MCC for Yocto Project 2.0 and 2.1

Hello guys,

Stefan, please add the MCC 1.x recipes you need for Toradex,(in
meta-fsl-arm-extra), and make them PACKAGE_ARCH as MACHINE_ARCH so
package feeds are not broken.

For the Yocto Project 2.1 we need to kill MCC completely; the long
term solution must to be remoteproc and rpmsg and this is how mainline
Linux kernel, U-Boot and others are supporting those hybrid SoCs but
for this release, the MCC can be kept inside meta-fsl-arm-extra.
