The linux-timesys update has not been applied in meta-fsl-arm as we
have moved to linux-fslc 4.1 kernel.

This patchset is using a bbappend and cannot assume linux-timesys will
be merged in meta-fsl-arm (it won't). Please rework the patch to apply
the mcc and kernel in meta-fsl-arm-extra tree.

For Vybrid, in meta-fsl-arm, we will be adopting remoteproc instead of
mcc in long-term.
