- The Xwayland needs to check for wayland distro-feature

- From what I read, in the configure.ac, it seems it would use
Xwayland if available. I see no reason to change the .ini byhand.

I sent a patch for OE-Core to add the PACKAGECONFIG options so please
use those instead of changing the EXTRA_OECONF byhand. You can add
them in the bbappend for now.
