[meta-freescale] Freescale meta-freescale announcement of new layer

The QorIQ SDK 1.8 will be integrated in the July release of meta-freescale, the SDK 1.8 integration in meta-fsl-ppc layer is not planned. 

You can get the meta-fsl-ppc layer with SDK 1.8 content from http://git.freescale.com/git/cgit.cgi/ppc/sdk/meta-fsl-ppc.git/log/?h=daisy.
