[meta-freescale] Wrong EULA checksum

Hi Stefan,

Can you please check the EULA checksum in 
classes/fsl-eula-unpack.bbclass (meta-fsl-arm,
branch master, commit 9c0e329fa02673a990630f6e400157ca30e3447f), as I'm
seeing this:
