[meta-freescale] Having Gstreamer SDK on meta-toolchain

I am trying to build a yocto toolchain for i.MX6 to compile my Gstramer
application.
I have tried:

bitbake meta-toolchain

on my Dizzy distribution (which I have repo synced). But the generated
toolchain still doesn't have headers and necessary library files for
compiling a gstreamer application.

Besides, is  pkg-config (or a similar tool) available on the generated
toolchain or I have to configure the compiler manually for using a specific
library.
