[meta-freescale] how to add a package ?

Dear. meta-freescale. i am a korean software developer who has been using yocto project. i do not know how to add a package files. for example, i have a package files.(example- libfslvpuwrap-1.0.35-2.tar.gz , libfslparser-3.0.7-2.tar.gz , gst-plugins-gl-0.10.3.1.tar.gz .... )and, i want to build on yocto project by adding the packages.So, I  would like to ask you how add package files to my project.
