[meta-freescale] Adding php package to fsl-image-machine-test

Hi,

Seems I've got the same problem with php as Phillipe!
To make sure there was no custom changes affecting the build, I used a clean Wandboard setup with repos and configuration as documented on the Wandboard wiki.
The problem with missing package for /usr/bin/php was seen when building core-image-minimal with added php and php-cgi.
Tested on both Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and Debian-8.0 (both X86_64) using Dizzy.
If anyone has information on how to overcome this obstacle it would be greatly appreciated!
