[meta-freescale] Advantech UBC-200

[Dan Gundlach]

I've gotten it to the point of booting and getting through init, but it is
not setting up the network.  I'm using the stock kernel recompiled using
their SDK that has been modified to add devtmpfs so that udev will start.
