    imx-base: enable fsl-alsa-plugins conditionally
    
    Stop adding fsl-alsa-plugins to the MACHINE_EXTRA_RRECOMMENDS when
    DISTRO_FEATURES doesn't contain alsa to avoid building alsa-utils.
