Hello,

i am trying for more than a month now to get chromium to play html5 videos.

As i don't know any other solution i thought i might ask in here!

My setup is:

Device: Advantech UBC-200 (i.MX6 Quad)

Layers: meta-browser meta-fsl-arm meta-fsl-arm-extra meta-fsl-bsp-release
meta-fsl-demos meta-openembedded meta-qt5

Machine: imx6qsabresd

BitBake command: bitbake fsl-image-qt5

Configuration files: http://pastie.org/10622399

What's currently working:

Videos are playing back in chromium but hardware acceleration is missing
(Videos hang A LOT)

Gplay can play Videos hardware-accelerated

What i want to change:

Play HTML5 Videos (webm, mp4, etc.) inside chromium, hardware accelerated.

Best Greetings

Sebastian
