As those are critical for all the series I have merged those. I don't
want to hold those major change for too long but we do need to have
more granular commits next time. Luo, please try to make smaller
commits always when possible.

I merged all but qoriq-perf. Luo please rework it to use
perf-module-qoriq recipe name, so it is clear it is a kernel module
and specific for qoriq.
