[meta-freescale] Missing tag from linux-fslc

Hi Fabio,

I can't find tag "v4.0" in the linux-fslc repo
(https://github.com/Freescale/linux-fslc.git). It should be attached to
commit 39a8804, but it's missing.

Can you please take a look at it?
