[meta-freescale] [meta-fsl-demos][PATCH] packagegroup-fslc-gstreamer1.0: Allow backend specific packages to be missing

Depending on the SoC, some packages might be not available. One
example is the build of LS102x SoCs for Wayland based distros where
the GStreamer Wayland sink is not build.

This fixes following error:
