[meta-freescale] weston-launch failed with gpu-viv-bin-mx6q-3.10.31-1.1.0-beta-hfp

Hi,

   Sorry, I don't know how to add this to alayer.And it cannot work correctly now.Because of something wrong with weston-1.5 and gpu libs, weston-launch couldn't work.
   I will create a tutorial in the i.MX Community once it succeed.
